The Promised Gift fell
From Glory's well.
The new wine-
Who can define?
Simply ask and receive,
But who can perceive-
The "secret" open-invitation?-
A cleansing saturation
Swimming in Heaven's pool-
A refreshing fiery cool.
Inexpressible clarity,
An abundant rarity,
Drunkenness unashamed,
Submission untamed,
Empowering surrender,
The "tearing-down mender,"
Getting lost in discovery,
From the thief- recovery,
Fears arrested,
Faith manifested,
Laughter with weeping,
Healings in heapings,
Loosing and binding,
Losing everything in finding
Sealed-up revelation,
Divine transformation
Defying intellectual reason
In this latter-rain season.
Victory and power
In heaven's shower.
Miracles abound
When His Presence falls down.
