Jalen's Poor Wrist

As you can see, Jalen broke his arm this Sunday. He actually broke it in three places. Yes, it was pretty severe, and yes, he continues to be in a lot of pain almost 48 hours after the fact, but praise the Lord, it didn't require surgery. The doctors just had to put him to sleep to set the most severe fracture in his wrist back into place.

He was quite a trooper, considering that we were at the hospital from about 5:00 pm Sunday until about 4:00 am Monday morning. He's going to be fine, but please pray for a speedy recovery, because he is a VERY active boy and once the initial pain subsides, he will have to contend with abstaining from most physical activities for quite a while. I think that will be the most difficult part of it for him.
